Time of switch by Sinn between luminous materials and bezel styles

Dear Mates,
I'll ask first of all those who have catalogs from year 1999 and/or 2000:
I'd like to know when Sinn changed the 103/203 series from Tritium dial to Luminova and the 103 (St and Ti) series from plain the count-up aluminium bezel to the "domed" countdown metal/alu bezel?
I have catalogs from 1998 and 2001 and the 1998 catalog still shows Tritium dial 103/203 and count-up aluminium bezel, while the 2001 catalog already writes (elsewhere in the general description) about non-radiation luminous material and the pictures show countdown metal/alu bezels.
