This is funny, I'm going to reply to my own post.
Anyway, I have yet another wonderful experience to share concerning Sinn customer service.
Yesterday, late in the afternoon I received an email. Sinn was sending me a parcel.
Could it already be my U1 DS? No, it couldn't. They told me mid April the soonest.
Could it be my UX?And yes! It's back from a holiday and beauty treatment at the spa in Sinn's HQ.
Within three weeks of sending it in, I have it back home, fully serviced and with a new crystal.
I'm really happy.Sinn CS is absolutely wonderful!
