They will repair my watch under warranty!

So this means, I have already sent them another email with the question of which numbers of the U1 DS are still available.
I for sure don't want anything with the number 13. It really is my unlucky number.
Hopefully, they will reply soon and then I can order my U1 DS ![]()

Nein, das ist kein Problem. Im Gegenteil, das ist eine der Stärken, dass man im Kundendienst bei Sinn direkt anrufen kann. Ich würde durchaus meine Story schildern, man hat dort sicher Verständnis und kann deine Uhr vielleicht sogar vorziehen. Fragen kostet nix, ein Versuch ist es wert.

Hast du Wasser in der UX ? Sieht echt komisch aus....
No, it most definitely isn’t water. It looks like droplets, but I can’t figure out if it’s on the outside or the inside of the Crystal.
This watch has only seen a pool once and for the rest I wear it deskdiving. Most certainly it hasn’t been in contact with dangerous fluids.
The thing is, normally you won’t see it. Under a certain angle and in direct light it becomes visible.
But now I know it’s there I can’t help seeing it all the time.
That’s why I decided to send it back to HQ.
I love my UX and even if I have to pay for the replacement of the crystal I want it sorted out, so I’ll pay.

My new 104 ran very irregular after the first 8 weeks on the wrist.
I reached out to CS and explained the problem.
When I was just about to wrap the watch up a springbar failed and the watch fell on my desk, luckily not on the floor, and the bezel got a scratch.
I sent the watch back to HQ and got it back about six weeks later.
Fully regulated to +1 and the bezel had been replaced as well. Total costs: 0,00
Totally awesome!
Recently I returned my UX because of a problem with th AR coating.
They will let me know in two to three weeks whether it will be a warranty repair. If not, I’m looking at around 500 euros for a replacement crystal and a full service for the watch, plus sending it back and forth through UPS.
Meanwhile I’ve fallen in love with the U1 DS.
I’d really like to pull the trigger on that watch but I haven’t heard from sinn about the actual costs for my UX.
A repair loaded on me will kill my budget for the U1.
Waiting three weeks might lead to the DS being sold out.
So, now I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. (Luxury problem, I know.)
Could I ask Sinn CS to give me news on my UX faster?

Seeing AndiS-gesperrt pictures I’m more and more inclined to pull the trigger on this watch.
Especially getting the confirmation from those pics the watch looks quite good in an office environment.
