The ANCON Military MIL106 is a gorgeous watch with a very cool classic army design. Under the hood youll find a reliable, high quality, automatic Japanese Miyota 90S5 28800bph movement. The watch is finely finished and the Mays/Berlin leather strap is very comfortable and beautiful. The glass is domed mineral glass, which matches the design. The most obvious perk of the watch is the material: it's entirely made from CuSn8 bronze. Bronze has the great attribute that it builds up a layer of patina. This is an ongoing process which makes every watch unique. Discoloration is normal with this material.
One major benefit is that you can largely bring back your watch in the original condition by using a Cape Cod cloth.
The ANCON military line is very nice and a step above the competition.

Die dunkle Jahreszeit ist angebrochen, lange Ärmel bald unvermeidbar... Zeit für was kleines, schwarzes und vor allem eleganteres... sinnvoll dabei natürlich auch!

Fazit: Es war ein schönes Wochenende in Düsseldorf - wir kommen gerne wieder!!

The BOLDR Odyssey Bronze SW Edition is a great diving watch with a powerful, original design. It has a lot of great features such as 500m water resistance, a Helium Escape Valve, domed sapphire glass with an AR coating, BGW9 lume and a 120-click unidirectional bezel. Under the hood you'll find a Japanese SII NH35A movement. The 45.5mm (53mm lug to lug) case is made from CuSn8 bronze. Bronze has the great attribute that it builds up a layer of patina.
